Helpful and fast!
My car had engine trouble in the morning on my way through town during a cross-country road trip. I was on my way to school and didn’t have time to stay another night in town for an overnight repair. The staff, and especially Mike, were incredibly understanding of the situation and helpful in getting us back on the road as quickly as possible!

Great with a concern
Staff person did not record the miles correctly. Actual miles was 40740 and it was recorded as 50000. Synthetic oil is used , so the next oil change is 10000 miles. It always shows as 5000 miles. Staff should over ride information. Next oil change on sticker as 55000, but with 10000 miles should be 50,740 if the correct mileage would have been recorded correctly and adjusted for the 10000 mile interval. This is not acceptable practice. I made the corrections on my receipt and sticker. Otherwise, overall experience was very good. Thank you

Short notice efficiency
The title says it. Scheduled 22 hours earlier. Truck taken in and back out on time. Loaner car helpful for shopping during the wait. Good, pleasant staff.
