I always get reliable timely service from Conklin Cars and Mike one of the service desk people in the service department always provides kind and caring service when I bring a car in or have questions about what my car needs.

Besides excellent service for the vehicle the service reps were very helpful and friendly. The loaner car is so helpful for us and Maddison was very kind as well. My husband has some ambulation issues and she made it easy for us to get around . She was able to run over to parts for us as well.

We are long time customers for a reason: easy service scheduling and efficient performance of service. Buying is a one-time event, service proves the dealership.

Easy to make an appointment, they were ready for us when we arrived, we waited in a nice seating area, they did the work in a timely manner, the job was well done. Very satisfied. Chuck Look

I had great service and they did what I had asked of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Toyota! My Rav4 Hybrid is very happy.

The regular maintenance appt. was spot on as usual. The only thing we were not real happy about was we had asked to have the RAV4 run through the car wash and told not a problem but that dodn’t happen.

Bought a new Highlander Rhonda was the sales person who we worked with she was very helpful in orienting to the features of the car and made the experience pleasant

They did what I needed for them to do. They did a little extra to make sure no more damage to car. One thing was the lack of communication with courtesy driver to serve customer.

They were prompt and had my vehicle ready on time. Very friendly to work with. The waiting area is very comfortable and beverages were offered to those waiting.
