The sale went quickly and smoothly. Joe did a great job of going over the new car and gave us a fair price and trade in.

They were very quick with an estimate of costs and time. Free refreshments available. Shuttle service offered. They washed my car.

I just got a used car from fox and it was very easy, Kent was like a friend I have not seen in years he greeted at the door and me feel welcomed. the car was sit even all the paper work to put car in my name. meeting all of the people was great now I can put a face to a name I will go back when it is time to buy again.

The sales manager and my salesman make it happen!! Hands down. I just tell them what I am looking for and the price range I need to be in. They are given tools make it happen! Great job!

Very nice Facility/environment to welcome and deal with customers. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the process. Joe Oleksy our salesman we've dealt with before a year or so ago buying our new ford 150 pickup truck through Fox Marquette and my wife and I have found him to be very professional, helpful and accommodating. There was no pushing us to do this or that when buying the vehicle. Just pros and cons but in the end the decision was left to us. We've experienced pushy salesmen at other dealerships in the past and Joe was not one of them. The entire process was as seamless as we could have hoped and the transition into our new Subaru went off without a hitch.

Fairly quick (under an hour), friendly service manager, good service. Had oil change and tire rotation done. I don't normally say enough to have 20 words in the review and I find this part of the feedback process to be a pain.

Person at front desk was wonderful. Same evening as my oil change my tire light came on and my car died 2ce. Coincidence?? I don't know.

I was impressed with Fox Marquette's professionalism, promptness, and helpfulness making my purchase an enjoyable experience. Look forward to dealing with them in the future.
