Awesome Service Team
There's never been a time to where the overall service hasn't been awesome. From the moment I drive into the minute I pick up my vehicle, the staff is kind, patient and motivated. I've even had the pleasure of the technicianthat worked on my car come out and speak to me just to say hello. A small gesture with a huge positive impact.

5K 6 month service
Went in for a service. had called and they said it would take 1 - 2 hours. I was willing to wait, When I got there they said they had to to two recall checks for a taillight check and a folding seat lock check and it would take 3-4 hours. Had I known I would have dropped night before. had to get shuttled home. It seems they should have known there was a recall check and contacted me.

Old School Customer Service
I bought a used 2012 Cadillac Coupe and at the time the vehicle checked out without any problems. A month later my wife noticed an oil seepage in the garage coming from the Caddy. To my surprise I was a bit taken back and realized that I did not purchase an extended warranty. To my dismay I had no other recourse but to contact GMC Fremont about the issue. They asked to bring in the vehicle to inspect. What they found was an oil leak coming from the timing belt cover. This issue did not happen until after I purchased the vehicle. Since I did not buy a warranty and was advised that the factory warranty ran out, I was shocked and confused moreover did not plan to pay this unexpected repair bill. Rocio (Rosie) was my Service Advisor who broke the bad news to me but she did mention under the circumstances of buying the vehicle she was going to talk with her Manager to see what they can do about this problem. As you can imagine I really was frustrated about this whole ordeal but with Rose's calm, cool demeanor and collected critical thinking she put me at ease. Needless to say the Service Manager was empathetic to my plight and agreed that this was an unforeseen incident and offered to perform the repair and replacement of all items free of charge. I was relieved. Rosie and her Team managed to look at all circumstances of this issue but remained focus on satisfying the Customer. I cannot begin to say how refreshing it is to know that there are some Dealerships out there who believe in the 'old school' way of doing business with a firm hand-shake and the honor to back that up. Thank you Fremont Buick GMC you have won over a Customer for life!

Vehicle Purchase Review
My Salesman "Walter" was a good guy. I would buy a vehicle from him again. He knew his product well and offered to have me come back if I needed more explanation on the vehicles interior options and controls. The 5 stars I awarded above are based solely on Walter. Unfortunately there were other aspects to the sale of my vehicle that I would rate Negative 5 stars if possible. A word of advice, read everything very carefully and take pictures -- do not allow to be shown something (especially with numbers) on paper briefly and have it taken away. The things you read will come up again when you get to the finance room with a different person (I won't name names) and you might be in for a surprise. Anything you are paying for in the finance room should have been disclosed to you and accepted before you get to the finance room. I have purchased 5 cars prior to this and never had an experience like I did here, but perhaps nowadays it is normal to spend 8 hours buying a car and have the Finance guy be the complete opposite of your salesperson. That said, I would buy another Vehicle from Walter, my Salesperson.

Physical Damage (not addressed) @ Service
Horrible. Unfortunately, after the Dealership (or in this case including the body shop they consult with) damaged my window and the Services Mgr (Michael) is refusing to fix the damage. I am highly disappointed especially given they have (on few different occasions) damaged my front bumper, custom rims, etc. In this particular instance there was a chip in my window due to some blunt object which damaged the privacy film. Over a month of back and forth with him and Tint place nothing has been resolved. Furthermore, before I left the premise from picking up my vehicle from Fremont Cadillac (to fix bumper damage) I noticed the damage and informed the Service Advisor. I would have thought this would be a simple fix and addressed immediately. Given I am in Leadership role within Customer Services I even more disappointed given the horrible Customer experience and wouldn't expect that of Cadillac.

Dont go here!
This dealership will only talk to you while they are trying to convince you to buy the car, after that, you can expect terrible service in all departments. Go to another dealership, or better, go buy a different car.

Servicing/Auto Butler
Appt was at 7:15am. Morning personal (a lady) very rude. Shuttle service requested at time of appt when brought car in told shuttle service begins at 8:00am. Waiting for p/u at house 1 hr for shuttle to arrive!
