Fast and friendly service
The dealership generally provides fast and always friendly service and what seem like competitive prices. (I have been taking my car to them for regular service since buying it new from them in December 2013.)

No hassle experience
The team was courteous and patient. We visited on a Friday and received vehicle on Tuesday (we couldn’t decide on a color. Jonathan patiently explained info system, key fob operation and had OnStar transferred to new car. A no hassle experience.

Too bad about your long drive!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I communicated multiple times with them prior to driving 6 hours round trip only to discover that the 2019 Infiniti qx30 had a dent in the fender which they failed to disclose to me before my arrival. Then, they denied that they knew it was dented, and insisted on the price that was advertised without so much as an offer of even a symbolic reduction in the price. Apprently they thought that after the long drive I would take the car at full price anyway. The car was a luxe and was at the same price as many other low mileage examples of the same model that were cosmetically flawless. Stay a way from these people, they are examples of the unethical, used car salesman stereotype.

The problem with my 2006 Sierra pick up truck was handled quickly and professionally. When I came to pick up my truck the staff was extremely courteous and the vehicle was in great condition.

Took car on time and all service was completed that I requested they also washed and vacuumed my car. Car was ready sooner than I expected service Dept did an excellent job.
