Car was overheating

My 2008 Malibu had 112,000 miles and had been serviced every 3 m miles for oil as well as all the major checkouts required at a dealership in New Jersey. The car had overheated and the engine power light came on two months prior. The car was towed to another dealership in Queens who supposedly fixed the broken water pump, seals and thermostat. That dealership East Hills Chevrolet I would avoid . We filed a claim with our credit card company over the service there. Well the same car issue persisted and eventually we had the car towed to Grandprize after several overheating adventures. The appointment call in was prompt and they followed up to make sure you remembered. The Checkin was prompt and the diagnosis was the same days checkin. Of course the problem was the water pump and no coolant in the entire system . The price was what I expected. The car was washed and ready on time . Recommend this dealership based on my past experiences with others both good and bad.

Very good for GM these days

Jim, the service advisor, is a consummate professional. Despite having a lot on his plate, he made me feel listened to & made sure I was taken care of. The only caveat I'll mention is that some of the messages I got on the work performed were different between what I saw on the service paperwork & the discussion we had.

A great experience at Grand Prize Cadillac

I arrived at Grand Prize Cadillac this morning for a state Auto Inspection and was taken care of by a pleasant Serviceman. When my auto was finished everyone was very nice to me.

First service visit

I just purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac. I was duly impressed with my first service visit - the entire staff are professional- I felt "taken care of." I have always been a "GM" customer- now I am a member of the Cadillac family.

Buying our Chevy Malibu

We worked with salesman, Rob Lysiak. Rob easily made our experience positive and stress free. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence in our car purchase. I can't imagine purchasing another car unless we continue to work with Rob.

A Car Dealer that I Would Recommend

Sales folks were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The new website needed work though, because at the time I was researching vehicles it was slow and clunky, but i believe they have gotten the bugs out by now. I liked the new tech contract signing application. It was very quick and efficient. I've been a 12 year plus customer of Grand Prize, having bought new vehicles from them, also having used their service center religiously, and feel that I have been treated very well by the whole Grand Prize team. I have recommended them to colleagues, friends and family in the past and I would do so in the future.
