I bought a 2015 chevy malibu. My sales man was perfect I assume he wasn't aware of this. Due to the car having a canadian vin, I do not have acsess to apps that I would use frequently. Again they are amazing at knudtson. However I would of purchased the malibu next to it that I assume had American vin. I absolutely love the car besides this factor. I've been told by service that they can't fix it. I've read numerous forums online with stories of others dealership fixing this proble. Why isn't my needs being meet as a customer, who makes his payment two months ahead of time. I would greatly appreciate a response to this. I hope people would agree that I should of been made aware of this, or at least dealership making it a priority to fix this very irritating situation. Thank you
