Great Service

We recently bought a Jeep Cherokee Sport from Milton Rueben and couldn't be more pleased with it. We had one salesman who showed us some cars, and the next day when we went back to buy, he was out sick, and the salesman who filled in for him was just as good, professional, and knowledgeable as the first! The next time we are in the market for another car, we will definitely be going back to Milton Rueben. Excellent service, great deals, great vehicles, and great salesman who know how to sell without being pushy or playing games. I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep!!

The best car I'd ever bought.

They always give great service. Once the car is in I have never had to wait long. I think I'll stay with Toyota.

Great service, fair prices, extremely friendly

Excellent service. Very comfortable waiting room. We have 5 vehicles that we get serviced there regularly. Always satisfied!

Service

Had to have service before going out of town, (about to forget it) so did about 30 others. Left car due to an approximate 3 hour wait, it was that crowded, Got a call in about an hour. now that was unexpected. I got a call later checking to see if everything was to my satisfation Everyone there is so friendly can't say enough about how well you are treated.

Great customer service

Our salesman Jason herald was beyond incredible. He came out in the bitter cold and helped us find my perfect car. Never was he pushy or insistent on selling the car that night when we were considering going home to sleep on it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a used car Toyota or not to head over and ask for Jason!

Great experience

Friendly sales rep- Jason and finance dept was excellent. Also, very quick in the paperwork section. Didn't take hours to purchase my car! First time that's ever happened!

I was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was very professional. The sales person from when I purchased the car saw me and came over to speak with me.

New Tundra purchase

The salesperson was friendly, but Paul (Sales Manager) sold me the truck, because of his knowledge. The sales person, evidently was new, and could not show me how to set up the Sirius radio or telephone. All sales personnel show know how to do this. I noticed scratches on the truck and was told by the Sales Manager to bring it in on my convenience and a loaner vehicle would be given to me, until the problem was fixed. I had a Sirius radio in my old truck and was told Milton Ruben that it be returned to me. As of today (after three weeks), I have not received it. I would STILL like the radio returned to me.
