Total Bait and switch. Dennis Giles was dishonest with me and leading me towards a different vehicle and one he knew I didn't want. Wasted my time and lied to me!

Great experience
Best car buying experience ever!!!!!! I contacted Reggie Crawford right after a frustrating experience with a dealership in Orlando. Drove 2-1/2 hours to find out they were charging me an extra $2,995 for a Family Protection Plan and additional $899 dealer fee. Milton Ruben had no hidden or surprise fee's, they even beat my pre-approved loan from my credit union. Worth the drive from Jacksonville, FL. 2020 Mustang GT Premium. LOVE IT.

terrible diagnosis
The service department basically ripped my mom off. Dropped vehicle off for engine light and heating cooling issues that she has been having since she purchased the vehicle. Picked up two days later. Still having the same issues. Now breaking down in middle of road. Called service they want to charge additional diagnostic fee's and repair fees. Car is having the same issues and this is obviously a bad diagnosis. Now they want her to wait three weeks before they will even look at the vehicle.

Upset Customer
As a customer I’m frustrated with Milton Ruben Chrysler service department. I’m regretting that I came there for service however my nephew who works there in a different department, assured me that Milton Ruben dealership takes care of their customers. My vehicle has now been there for over a month. I brought the vehicle there on Feb. 11, 2022 to figure out why my check engine light was on. I received a phone call later from the service advisor Katelynn that the vehicle needed both catalytic converters and all four new oxygen sensors per the technician. I agreed to it taking that this would fix my vehicle. After parts ordered and repairs were completed I went to pickup my vehicle on Saturday Feb. 26, 2022. Shortly after leaving the dealership my check engine light comes back on. I called the dealership‘s service department and notified them of the situation. I was told to bring the vehicle back on Monday however I took it back on Tuesday March 1, 2022. I heard nothing no phone calls until Thursday telling me that the vehicle needs another $3000 to fix the drive shaft. This had nothing to do with my check engine light problem however, I was told that the oxygen sensor was covered under warranty. I was looking forward to getting my vehicle Thursday morning and it was not fixed. The check engine light is still on, and is reading the same oxygen sensor code. As of right now my vehicle is not fixed although I’m being told everything has been done and it’s being downplayed like my vehicle has to many miles on it but I bet your service department didn’t say that when I paid them $3000 initially to fix my vehicle, apparently for nothing and that is not right. How can you render service like this? It has to be some type of law that prohibits this type of service especially after the customer has invested their money into a repair. I’m not asking for anything free. I just need my vehicle fixed. This is no way to do business. This Dealership should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I’ve paid and trusted them to fix my vehicle, and didn’t . They act as if they have done everything. I will be seeking some legal counsel to look into this matter.

Service department
I got a 2018 jeep renegade and it had to be towed back to the dealership it has only got almost 18,000 miles on it.My cigarettes lighter quit working so I used the plug I found on the back console and to charge my phone somehow a fuse blew and all kinds of crazy things started happening I thought it was an electrical problem. Anyway it's under warranty a 100,thousand miles they didn't charge me like it was my fault but next time I will be charged,but my cigarettelighter still can't use it.Aint that a shame still close to a new car and can't use the cigarette lighter then there is a recall on something to do with the oil consumption they are keeping up on it.My second oil change the person who changed it spilled oil all over it and I stopped at the grocery store and it was smoking I thought at first it was the truck.next to me I had to go back the next morning and they had to clean it .Anyway I love my jeep but the service stinks they blame my car phone charger for the problem.I got a Toyota Tacoma with over 358,000 miles on it and the cigarette lighter still works . Right now I wish I never bought that car and bought me another Toyota.

Poor Service DEPT & Customer Service
Will not suggest buying a car from this dealership, NOR servicing your car there. My car has been there twice since Thanksgiving and they still cannot diagnose the issue and are not filing it under manufacturer's warranty. My car has now been towed to another dealership! My husband had to try to tell them via text what the issue was and they still declined to fix the issue yet notated it as "resolved" in the system. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Bad Service
I got an appointment to get my oil change and to take care the recall for my 2019 Tundra on Oct.01,2021.I dropped my truck at Milton Ruben Toyota service center at 10:28am and David McGahee is the one came to me and ask me If I have an appointment, I said yes I need Oil change and take care the fuel pump Safety Recall and I ask how long it will take to finish? He answered maximum 4 hours and this is the same answer that they told me over the phone about the Safety Recall when I called them to set up an appointment for my oil change. I called David McGahee four times and I called the supervisor one times , I left two messages to David McGahee first message is 2:57pm to check on my truck but he did not call me back, then I called again at 3:20pm still no answer, then I called 4:43pm and still no answer for David McGahee so I left 2nd Voicemail but again NO respond, then I called again at 4:48pm to patch me through the supervisor but no answer from their supervisor I left a message also asking to call me back about my truck but the same thing no Return call. I am expecting to get my truck around 2:30pm-3:00pm so I scheduled my customer to bring their cabinets and countertop around 4:00pm to be Install but I end-up get curse out just because I can not make it. On top of that I got home and look my paperwork they charge me for rotating my tires which is I did NOT ask for it. I went to Milton Ruben Toyota for Oil Change and take care of the Safety Recall. Guys be careful, before you'll leave or pay Please look at the paperwork they might charging you without your acknowledge. I will not bringing my vehicle at Milton Ruben Toyota to service my Truck and also I told my 22 of my friends not to bring their Toyota to get service there.

Service department nightmare
Went here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Service person was nice, but when I got my car back I noticed that my tires weren’t rotated at all. I only got 2 front tires changed a couple of years ago since the back tires didn’t wear out as quickly. I told the service person that it wasn’t done and I forgot to give them my wheel lock which was in the back. He ensured me that they would have looked, but I just wanted my money back for the tire rotation. I didn’t want it to be rotated since I’ve already been waiting for over 2 hours at this point, but he said I’ll look into the cameras for you but still need you car. He came back with the tires rotated anyways, and said the guy was at lunch now so he couldn’t talk to him. After leaving, I opened my trunk to find everything everywhere, I had just gone to Walmart to grab a few items and everything was out of their bags. They also pumped my tires to 39 psi when the recommended manufacture only recommends 32. So while driving home all I hear is a loud continuous noise from my tires. Awful experience and will never go back.
