Excellent Customer Service

Without question, your employees are the difference. Lanette took time to show us around, make sure we were happy and satisfied, and even said "I come with the car. If you have questions, call anytime". Few sales people bother with "after the sale". Lanette was spectacular. Eric in Finance was great, as was the nice man who helped with all the paperwork. Great experience from beginning to end.

great service ,great sales staff

i went in to change my oil on my 2012 duramax. drove home in a 2015 duramax dually. i guess that means your sells staff are really good at their job.

Good cutomer service

My wife waited 2 hours for an oil change but when she informed one of the maintenance workers of that they got her vehicle imeadeatly and was not charged for the oil change she was satisfied with the way the made up for the long wait

Service repair

Alex did a good job but I was upset the truck was done 2 hours before i checked on repair and found it had been done. Alex had to go wash cars for someone while I waited in the waiting area. Not sure why a service writer is washing cars.

Very good service, even got a free car wash.

I asked to have my tires rotated and was told that it wasnt possible because I had a one direction tire. I had to buy a new tire a year ago due to a bulge. Three Way did not have a tire available so I purchased one at Big O. I called Big O and was told the tires could be rotated from front to back and to bring the car in for no charge. Other than that, the car was serviced in a short time and I was treated very well.
