Service department is slow. First oil change on a brand new truck took 2.5 hours. Got truck home and it leaked oil on my new garage floors. Had to wait... to make a second appointment for them to fix the oil filter that was installed incorrectly. Decided to give them another try for second oil change, was put on hold twice which resulted in nobody answering and getting disconnected. Tried the online service schedule approach, completed the online chat, was informed that someone would call to confirm. No one ever called. Last attempt to schedule I was told the first available appointment was over a week out. Should be renamed the “no service” department.

Until we can find the right fit to replace him we have temporarily reduced the number of daily appointments in an attempt to keep wait times down.
We needed a work truck to replace ours which had been totaled when we were hit by a 16 year old speeding through a red light. As we pulled up to the door... of the dealership, it started raining, pretty hard. We were looking at the van when Tracy came running out in the rain to see if he could help us. Tracy listened and helped us every step of the way. He was charming and funny and we would definitely recommend him.
Over many years, my Dad has purchased (several) cars from this dealership... Now, it was my turn! Justin Cook was wonderful to work with - He covered... all the bases, took great care in making sure that I was completely satisfied, and he helped remove any stress that may be associated with purchasing a new vehicle. I truly can't say enough positive words about my experience.

My husband has wanted a new Cadillac for years but did not like the dealer in the area. In January we heard about Hudson Cadillac and stopped by just to... check it out. We started talking to the salesman Tracy and the next thing I knew we were in a new Cadillac XT5 and love it. Because of Tracy's personality, friendliness and his humor we knew we would be back. During our conversation with him my husband told him he interested in a Cadillac ATS Coupe. Four months later Tracy called and told us he had one for us to see. He than spent hours with us and within a couple of days had a coupe waiting for us. Tracy was never pushie just to make a sale. He was honest and very informative and because of him we bought the coupe. I totally believe this is how a dealership should be. Thank you.
brought my older cadillac to be serviced because the transmission was shifting oddly. I had an appointment for Saturday, but it wasn't until Weds that... it was looked at. The code indicated TCC PC solenoid. The "transmission tech" put 2 quarts of transmission fluid and said that should solve the problem. If not, I would need a new transmission at the cost of $4935.34 plus tax. On my way home from the dealership, the light came on again. I took it to a transmission repair shop, and they replaced the TCC PC solenoid and it cost me $541.00. Did Hudson Cadillac not want to perform the work on my car or were they trying to get me to pay $5000 for a $500 fix??? Either their transmission technician is incompetent or they are dishonest
