Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC

I have bought many cars in my day and while I enjoy getting a new car, I usually hate going through the process of getting the car and all the paperwork. Hudson Cadillac made the entire experience as easy as possible. Tracy was pleasant and Justin made sure we got everything we needed as well. Friendly, attentive people. Even those that did not have any direct dealings with us were friendly and helpful. I love my cadillac and so far have been very happy with the dealership!

I would highly recommend Holmes Lindsay and this dealership if you're interested in purchasing a car. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were upfront, fair and I have never felt this way about any other dealership. Definitely will do business there again!

Everyone at Hudson GMC was very nice and friendly, people would come by and introduce themselves and ask how it was going even though we weren't directly working with them. Holmes Lindsay "Our Salesman" was very great knowledgeable about the product and patient with us when it came to the technology and setting everything up.

I called Hudson Cadillac Buick and spoke to salesperson Tim Hayes. I must tell you this was the best experience i have ever had. I had several conversations with Tim over a course of several weeks.Tim never gave me empty promises and never pressured me to come into dealership as most dealers do. We had come to an agreement on the phone. So i went to Hudson still having some reservations. Now you must understand Hudson Buick is a 2 hour ride away for me. I arrive at dealership close to appointment time and was immediately brought over to Tim not knowing what to expect.I was in dealership about an hour and that included a test drive. Everything was ready for me. The owner of Hudson even came over and introduced himself. I am over 55 so i have been involved in a few car dealings before. I cannot recommend a place more. Extremely happy with Tracy Paulet . As soon we walked in the dealership we felt very welcome. Tracy Paulet is very friendly n funny making us feel very comfortable. He was very helpful answering any questions/douts we had. Frankly when we walked in was just to take a look at trucks but Tracy really made everything sooooo easy n exciting, going for a test drive n explaining all the details of the truck and that made us want the truck even more.
