Excellent Service!

Came in for a quick oil change and car wash. I was in and out in no time. The service advisors were all outgoing and friendly. Thank you for the great service!

They will work hard for you

Mike was awesome to work with. He was professional and understanding while I decided on which vehicle was best for me and my family. Julie was through and clear when she explained all the paperwork from purchasing a car. Over all, the Dupage staff, Tony, Alex, Mike, Joe, and Julie were great to work with. I hope their high standard of customer service is the same when I visit next time.

Love My Jeep!

I love, love, love my new Jeep! We had a such wonderful experience here. They really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as the employees, Alan Tapper and Robert Caputo, who assisted with our purchase.

Simple and no nonsence experience.

Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Bob Williams called several times prior to arriving at the dealership to make sure we met at a convenient time. Bob even came in an hour prior to his scheduled start time to accommodate my schedule. Bob Williams was knowledgeable, personable and well informed and made the purchase experience simple and straight forward. He suggested a slightly different vehicle than I was initially interested in due to the value savings to me. I would highly recommend asking for Bob Williams when shopping for a vehicle at Dupage Dodge Chrysler Jeep!

Bring a Guy With You.

I came in to trade a car that I got a year ago at a different Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer. Both my mom and I were greeted in a friendly manner by Tim Eddy, as well as a couple other people inside. They knew the exact car that I was hoping to test drive and look at since I requested an appointment. I was very pleased with the entire process of choosing the vehicle that I wanted. The part in which both my mom and I were quite displeased about was when it came to the actual buying. Although we got out of there in record time, nothing was explained to us. Nothing about the financing, nothing about the warranties, nothing about the value of my trade in, absolutely nothing about anything! It was all "sign this and sign that." Every time I have been at a dealer purchasing a new car, paperwork was always explained. Everything was always explained in absolute detail in order to make sure we understood it. If it weren't for the other dealers, I wouldn't have any idea what these people were saying. However, lets be honest, I didn't expect much since both of us are females, and it's obvious that if you don't have a male with you, dealerships tend to think they can trick you into everything. We were also quite displeased that while switching the license plates from my old car, they also used the license plate frame from my old car. I purchased my car here and am still stuck with one that says "South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram." I know this sounds like a very very little thing, but with the thousands and thousands I am spending, would it really break the bank to keep the DuPage one? Than again, I might as well continue promoting South Chicago since they did a better job. I am very pleased with my car and the fact that it was ready for me to test drive. It made my choice simple. However everything else about my experience could use a great amount of work.

I'm extremely sorry to hear about the experience you have had with us so far. Something does not sound quite right here. There were some obvious mistakes made, I can assure you, we put a new license se plate frame on every vehicle on the lot, far before it is sold to you, so how this happened is really kind of shocking to me. Great experience. Jack Alley is phenomenal.

I bought 3 Jeep Wrangler's in a row from DuPage Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. Jack Alley sold me my last two Jeeps. Recently I was in a car accident that destroyed my 2017 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from Jack last spring. I told Jack about the accident and asked if he could replace my Jeep for me. Jack put me in a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler with the exact specs of the one I lost and with a very minor price difference. The accident was a tough time and Jack made everything easy and was fantastic. Jack cares about his customers and doesn't play the haggling games. I will always be a DuPage customer. Thanks Jack!

dealership and salesman "bob Williams" best by far ive ever worked with. everyone very friendly and willing to help out. I would 100% purchase from dupage dodge again. esp if bob Williams was my salesman.

World Class Experience

I have consistently had great experiences at DuPage Jeep. I just acquired my fourth vehicle from their facility, Every time I am there they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer any questions. I recently visited their service dept for a scheduled oil change. While I was waiting I ran into the sales consultant from my last purchase. His name is Jack Alley. He remembered that a few months back I had inquired about leasing another vehicle. He went above and beyond to not only find the vehicle I was looking for but also secure the best possible leasing scenario that worked within my budget, While I was with the finance dept finalizing the paperwork, Jack had my new vehicle cleaned/prepped and then proceeded to transfer everything from my old vehicle into the new one. Including the Weather Tech floor mats which he had cleaned prior to transferring! His attention to detail is World Class and something you don't often find in today's market. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jack and the staff at DuPage to anyone in the market for Chrysler/Jeep or Dodge product. Sincerely, Eric Norman

Great service/great team

Purchased my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from these guys. Great team over there. Will be buying all my Jeeps from them. They keep the oil clean, get me parts, and even clean it for me every visit. I took my Wrangler off-roading, and put a scratch in it. They got a paint stick ordered and in my hands within 2 days. Appreciate the service in a world of online buying. I will be back.
