I am always very nervous about going to dealerships

I am always very nervous about going to dealerships because some salesmen are very pushy. Never felt that with Chris W.! This is the place to go!

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!!! Unless you bring your own personal attorney with you, they will try to rip you off anyway possible. I just went through it firsthand and dealt with the chain of command from the top and they do not give a care about you.

Probably the best experience buying a car it was easy, we

Probably the best experience buying a car it was easy, we had great inventory to choose from and once we had a vehicle we like they made it happen we left happy with the car we wanted with a great deal. Lanny Lancaster was our dealer very kind honest and caring .

The sales person was great.

The sales person was great. The unfortunate thing is that their internet sales person Cole Harvey suffers from a horrible case of liabedies. He lied to get me to the dealership about the price and that the dealer didn't add unnecessary charges. Their website does not explain the pricing so be prepared to pay more than advertised. You also have to pay $155 for the air that is in the tires of the car. This charge is nonnegotiable. Cole hope you overcome your illness.

Not worth your time or the drive there

We live 2.5 hrs away and drove up the night before to be closer to the dealership. Got there the next day and they knew we drove a ways to get there. The sales manager told us they would take care of us. Instead of getting more information on our trade, they waited until we got there to lowball us on our trade. We have been to several dealerships who offered us $5000 more for our trade. They ran our credit BEFORE they told us what they were going to give us. We had to drive back 2.5 hrs back home without so much as them possibly offering gas to get back home since they knew we had driven quite a ways. Not to mention, their titling clerk messed up our paperwork and I can't even get a response from anyone as to where they are with the process of it. Horrible experience. Horrible dealership. Do not recommend.

Great Experience and Great Team!

My journey started in April 2022. I came in due to a family friend's recommendation. He sent me to Lanny. Lanny answered all of my questions prior to coming in to order my brand-new truck. When I arrived, Tyler swiftly helped me build out my truck, submitting the necessary paperwork, collected my deposit, and out the door I went. I thought geesh that was kinda simple. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until my truck arrived, but NOPE Lanny kept me WELL informed. My truck was ready a whole month earlier than expected, I got a call with an exact delivery time, a call from the manager to complete my application, and a follow up call from Lanny to make sure that I had all of my necessary documents. I came to the dealer to finish up everything and was greeted by Lanny who completed a seamless and stress-free buying process. Tyler took me on a test drive, and he got all of my stickers and plates transferred from my old truck. LOTS of paperwork later LOL and I am rolling home with my brand-new custom truck! Tyler took his time explaining ALL of the features, troubleshooting, and setting up ALL of my accounts. I have to say that this was the BEST car buying experiences I've had in my 20 plus years of driving! Go get you something nice!

We went to the dealer to browse, and possibly get me a

We went to the dealer to browse, and possibly get me a new vehicle. We were greeted by Tyler Conway. He was friendly, informative and most of all, human. He listened to our wants and needs, worked with management to get us the right deal, and ultimately ended up leaving with two vehicles instead of one. Overall great experience and looking forward to our next purchase.
