Ryan and Tony made the process extremely relaxed after some bad experiences with other Jeep dealers. They were so knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and different packages and made the car buying process enjoyable.

Helpfull and friendly sales staff
Sales person and finance were fairly efficient and tried to get us through the process as painlessly as possible. Our sales person was very personable and your sales staff helped make the experience joyful, as anyone who has ever negotiated and purchased a new vehicle knows, it can be very taxing and time consuming.

Great place
Went to look at a used car, ended up with a new one for not much more! The salesman, Matt, and the finance man Donnie, worked with me to get me where I needed monthly payments to be, and they just made the whole experience very enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this dealership. And love my new Jeep!

dishonest tactics
I purchased a Buick Enclave from this dealership in late July, 2016. I thought that I had negotiated a fair deal involving this car and a trade in. When I went to talk to the business manager at the end of the deal two significant hidden costs emerged at the last minute. I was charged for Vinetch which was $395 and I was charged $100 for having nitrogen filled tires. Neither of these charges was listed anywhere on the car. I later tried to contact the dealer about this but I was never contacted back after a conversation online with someone who worked for them. I consider this a very shady business practice and a dishonest way for them to "get their money". At least they could have contacted me after I initially expressed my concern. The original salesman was pleasant as was the business manager but I would not buy from the again unless they rectified the situation.
