Tried to buy a new chrysler, that didn't happen due to poor customer service. This is going to be my 10th new car and it will not be purchased at this dealer and i advise no one in this state or in the united states or even on this planet to ever i mean ever purchase from this dealer. they don't know how to explain your payment or negative equity or anything, i don't know how else to say it, they don't know anything. Go ahead and ask them a question about buying a vehicle and i promise they will not know.

Went to this dealership to buy a Grand Cherokee and left with a better deal than anywhere else, with all the options I wanted. RJ was very personable and did not pressure me or give me the regular salesman attitude.

Great dealership. Great experience
Helped my father buy the new Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible at Dupage. Clay was really helpful and gave me all the information we needed before we went to the dealership. Clay was off when we came in, so we worked with Matt Benson to purchase the vehicle. Matt and Mandy in Finance were great and made the transaction really easy. I would highly recommend Dupage CDJ. Everyone at the dealership was very knowledgeable and easy going. Thanks!

Bought new Compass
Went to this dealer looking for a Jeep Compass that was listed on Cars.com. Clay was my salesman. He gave me quick courteous service. The entire purchase process went very smoothly. Finance was a breeze and we are very happy with the new Jeep. Have already told people where and who to go see.

My wife and I bought our 2013 Crysler Town and Country from Matt Kegl and we could not be more pleased with the service he provided. The entire dealership staff was very friendly and great towards my two kids. They had no problems with my two year climbing all over the floor model cars which made our lives less stressful when buying. We initially didn't intend on buying a T&C, but Matt's exceptional service and the overall quality of the vehicle had us change our decision from buying a Sienna to buying a T&C. I would recommend DuPage Dodge, Crysler and Jeep to family and friends.

I purchased an SUV in October 2012 and my initial...
I purchased an SUV in October 2012 and my initial experience was good. We were immediately greeted by a young sales reprensentative by the name of George. He was extremely nice and considered every need we had. He made me and my husband feel comfortable as we asked a lot of questions and we knew he was answering them to the best of his knowledge. After we made our decision to purchase the vehicle, he took us to a very nice lady by the name of Martha from the finance department. She did everything she could to get us the best loan possible and even suggested a automatic payment plan which at the end would save us money. She gave us time to come up with the down payment of $1,500. After driving the SUV for 1 week, we were stunned to see the check enging light come on and I immediately called Martha who gave us a free repair to take care of that issue. At this point we had already paid $900 of the down payment amount and we were about to start making our regular car loan payment as well. About a month after the first issue with the SUV, we were again dealing with the check engine problem. I called Martha back but no one there was able to transfer me to her. I called service and they stated they could not help me because they don't service the type of vehicle that I purchased (2007 Chevy Tahoe). I took it in to a Chevrolet Service Center where they found the problem which cost $200. I was unable to make the remainder down payment of $600 but I did pay $300, leaving a balance of $300. About a month after that we have the check engine light come up again and on my way to the service center the vehicle stopped on us and we were left stranded on a busy street. To mention I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and had my 4 yr old child with me as well with freezing temperatures. After having it checked we found out it was going to cost us $235, which we went ahead and paid. Which left me without the money that was intented to pay the remainder $300. On 1/30/13, I received a phone call from Andy, general finance manager at Dupage, who threatened to take the vehicle from my possesion. When I told him all the problems I have experience he stated that was not his problem and he needed payment immediateley in order to avoid further action. I told him it wasn't fair because if the car would have been in good mechanical condition, I would have paid the full down payment weeks ago. He then stated he had no knowledge in anything related to service and all he wanted was the money. I felt like he did not listen, was extremely rude to me, and could care less of my overall experience and satisfaction. At the end he threaten to call the bank, which has been receiving their payments every single month, to tell them that HE was taking the vehicle back. Overall I am not happy with the way I was treated by Andy and all he cared about was $300 and not about the difficult situations the vehicle has put me and my family through.
