I went there today i was scheduled an appointment at 1030am, to my surprise i got there and the guy says there was no appointment scheduled, so then he started explaining that others on the schedule we’re gonna get seen before me because they were on the schedule, i then asked well my name should have been there, so what does that make me unimportant, mind you i work every day and this was the only available time i had to get my oil changed, reason i made the appointment, i left hurt and pissed cause came there for my appointment to find out the lady who scheduled it messed up and i suffered, great job dupage auto
