Timely and courteous from arrival to finish. Came in for scheduled oil and filter change with minimal wait even though it was Saturday morning. Was told upon arrival it would be about a hour or so start to finish they were done in less than a hour. First class service 5 stars.

Overall experience was very positive. Our sales representative was very patient with us and willing to understand our needs and goals. We ended up getting the fairly good deal and are satisfied with the purchase. Everyone at the facility was courteous and friendly including the facility manager. We will gladly return and recommend our friends to the same dealership.

Great staff and location with very clean facility though would like to see easier access like through menards park lot to new Jeep section.
