Went in to buy a specific vehicle that was advertised on Cars.com. Got the run around and was asked several times what did I want my monthly payment to be”, was never shown a price “worksheet” or potential bill of sale to discuss the actual pricing, trade in, taxes, etc. The salesperson just came back and forth with a sheet of paper with “monthly payments”. Their monthly payment was way higher (About $100/mo) than we calculated on a credit union site given the vehicle price, our trade, interest rate and term. We demanded again and Bill of Sale so we could see a break down, and after over 2 hours of back and forth we finally received one. Turns out they tack on a “destination charge” of about $4,000 to their advertised internet price, plus some ridiculous doc fees of over $600. I wish I took a picture of the sheet to share because it was so ridiculous, but it was snatched back right away when I said no way, we aren’t paying all that extra money for a vehicle that was advertised so much less. What ever happened to the old days when you discuss actual price of a vehicle and trade in when negotiating? And do these dealers actually get people to buy a vehicle based on “what you want your payment to be per month”? What a scam. I would never go back to this dealership, nor would I recommend them to anyone either. Buyers beware.

I had the best experience buying a vehicle ever. Mike was thorough, fast, easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!

I had been shopping for a Gladiator for a few months and found the DuPage CDJR experience to be EXCELLENT. It was great to deal with honest people! I had made the mistake of going to a different Jeep dealer first and got the rebates had expired as soon as a walked in the door. Nothing live trying to jack up the price $13,457 from the online price. DuPage was an excellent experience! Austin is very knowledge about everything JEEP. Tom honored the price without any games.

My wife and I were so pleased with the help we had in selecting our new car! Never did we feel pressured in making our selection. We were made to feel that help would be immediately available if any help was needed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was at this dealer. I was greeted by the GM and soon after by Victor. Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable right away and he was professionally all the way!

I spoke with Tom C and Alan Tapper on the phone via text and voice. We made the deal set up delivery time. The Jeep Wrangler was ready for delivery on time we spent only 60 min in the dealership. I would recommend any one buying a Jeep go see Alan Tapper. This was our second wrangler lease first from here. We will only go to Dupage CJDR.
