what I look for in a service department is a clean environment friendly service coordinators, knowledgeable and able to accurately describe what needs to be done or what doesn't need to be done. I think DuPage Dodge does a very good job with their customer service approach.

Bought a 2017 Dodge Durango
I had a pretty bad experience with this dealership. I bought a 2017 Dodge Durango R/T from them on 3/18/17. My 2012 Toyota 4runner was totaled in a pretty bad crash and I had to get a new vehicle. I ended up paying $2000 more for the same exact vehicle that they have posted on their web site. They had a promotion going on, and kind of forgot to tell me about it. My wife called them and asked their GM why we payed $2000 more for the same exact vehicle? She was told "it's a fair price you payed." On top of that, the vehicle I got had 340 miles on it. I told them that I wanted to get one from the factory and was willing to wait till a new stock came in. Most likely it was a Demo at another dealership and they grabbed it. They were very eager to close this deal and now I know why. I have bought 3 new cars in my life and this has been the worst experience. My new car had a 1/4 tank of gas when I drove it off the lot, that's pretty sad when you buy a $50000 truck.

The best car buying experience ever!!
I have always drove jeeps and I can't believe I didn't buy my other Jeep here at dupage dodge. Alex Godinez was my sales person along with Sam and Bobby (finance) All three were very kind and helpful. I will definitely be sending customers there way!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
On my hunt for a new Renegade,I noticed that Dupage had the best pricing available. I contacted Matt Falkiewicz to set up an appointment. When I arrived, Matt was not there. Instead I was given a salesperson (Alex Godinez)that wanted to do anything but sell a vehicle. After I overheard him complaining about negotiations fro an other customer,he found the vehicle I was looking at and pushed me off to a trainee for the test drive. The trainee was very polite and knew a great deal about the vehicle. When I was brought back to the salesman, he spoke to the trainee in front of us in a very unprofessional manner. When we began negotiating,he pointed out that the E-price I was quoted involved incentives that I was unqualified for(military incentive,ect.). Then, when I politely questioned him on the fact that there were no disclaimer on their website or E-price in reference to their discounts, he became extremely rude, argumentative and defensive. He asked me where I want to be on the vehicle/trade in. When I gave him my first offer, he tore up his pricing sheet, said we offended him and walked away from his desk. My father and I were stunned by this treatment. I may have been a bit conservative on my pricing of the vehicle. I certainly did not deserve to be treated in that fashion.Honestly, I felt like he stuck his middle finger in my face.I went to Zeigler in Schaumburg and bought a brand new Renegade the same day.I walked in and got a better deal than their advertised price. I also got a good trade value. More importantly, they treated me like customers should be treated. No fake B.S.. Just a great deal. Dupage could have negotiated me up a couple grand on the price if they would have acted professionally. I will never step foot into that dealership again. Too bad, they have a huge inventory of vehicles. Maybe because they never sell anything!

Even if I was completely unreasonable, there is no excuse to treat customers that way. I will not call your representative, as there is nothing he can do for me. I already purchased a vehicle from a dealer that knows how to treat customers.

Quick and friendly service.
Alex Godinez, we make him walk back and forth to get keys for different vehicles, never give us a negative attitude very friendly to work with. We got there around 1 o'clock, left the dealership by 4:30 with a Sahara, thanks to the online option to apply for financing, less time to spend. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Great...then terrible...
I purchased a Jeep Cherokee for my wife a month ago. Within the same week I brought in my mother in law to buy one as well. 2 deals for these guys and I cannot believe the awful customer service I am receiving. When I traded in my car, $300 Weather Tech mats were left in my vehicle on accident. I have called, emailed and left messages for the GM to get them back. Initially I was told that the detail company who had the car, could not find them and even checked the dumpster. So where are they?? If they threw them out, then give me my money back. The GM wont even call me. I am owed $300. I deserve some kind of communication and consideration and I have gotten nothing. They got 2 sales from me. This is absurd.
