Routine Service

Everything seems to be fine. Since one part was a slow leaking tire that we have not been able to resolve over several prior visits, I do not yet know whether my request to demount and remount the tire and check the valve stem has had any effect; too soon. The only minor glitch was a request for ready by noon and no call by then, and when we called no one available to tell us anything until a bit after 12:30. Timing in the end worked for errands we needed to cover in the PM. On recommending to family and friends: I would be positive if someone asked for advice. I do not usually go out pushing places to anyone.

Car buying experience

The one thing I wanted was to get an overall hands on experience of the shortcut functions of the car. Example: The phone, media,radio, etc. How to operate them. I have figured out a few things, but,I would still like it if someone showed me. Other than that, the overall experience with the Sales Representative, down to Finance Manager was FANTASTIC! There could not be a better group of people than the ones at Henderson Ford. Thank you for the care and respect that was extended to me.

happy camper

2014 ford escape- air conditioning was not working. made appt and brought car in at 7am. also had the works performed. finished at 11.dale is a real good person.he explained everything that happened and what they did to correct the situation. as usual i left satisfied.

Emergency repair

I had a problem with my brakes on Saturday of a holiday weekend and I was driving to Chicago that Monday. The shop fit me in, fixed the problem and I was able to take my trip. Very efficient, courteous and competent service.

The Best!

I had a small repair done and then had the car serviced . Everything very timely - Everyone extremely courteous and helpful! Love that drive right in and someone is Johnny -on- the -spot to help the customer! Thank you Al and Bryan! Would and have recommended to friends and family. A refreshing change from any place I have ever had my car serviced/repaired.

Buyer

Between Sales Consultant Jack Guinan and General Manager Darryl Owens, they we able to find the vehicle we were looking for. When we first sat down with both to discuss what we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay, they worked hard to find that vehicle and in the price range we were looking to pay Normally, my wife and I do not enjoy buying cars. The buying experience we had at Henderson Ford far exceeded our expectations and made the buying experience enjoyable Hats off to Darryl and Jack.
