Repair Work

The repair I had done was under warranty / recall and was the same one I had done a year ago - it did not cost me anything but my time. My concern is , will it happen again? While my car was being worked on I rented a vehicle from Henderson. It was very convenient not having to go through a rental agency.

Great Job

I really appreciate the mechanics and Steve fitting us in on such short notice. I also appreciate the fact that we were not haggled or talked it to more services than we need. It makes us feel that we can trust the work and the workers at the auto shop. I also appreciate the follow up phone call to see how we were doing.

Satisfied

The service was great and the staff were helpful. The only problem is: it is hard to talk to someone in service department through phone, because no one usually picks up the phone. I have been Henderson Ford costumer for more than 3 years, and I had this problem all the time.

Excellent Service with a Smile

I bought my Lincoln MKS from Henderson Ford because they are the most friendly and courteous dealership I went too. They also gave me the best deal. I drive 30 miles to service my car for the same reason. I feel their service department is excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly. You are treated like a person not just a number. I truly beleive they care.

Service

The sales staff as well as the service staff are wonderful. I am having problems with my transmission and the service team are going above what I would expect keeping me informed on my cars progress and making this whole process easy!

Great deal

I purchased a 2003 mustang mach 1 that someone traded in. Not much of a story to tell. I got a good deal on the car. Only complaint is that they didn't clean the car
