Do you have an extra 100 thousand dollars? Make sure you verify what the cost is of the vehicle you buy. Even if the online price tells you specifically what the price is. Even if it’s listed twice. Once you are on your way, or there, then the price goes up due to market adjustments even if the sales person tells you the price. Once they get you hooked, the manager comes on to the line to explain the buying and pricing process. One vehicle was 100,000.00 over MSRP Once you try to ask them about it or research with any legal capacity, social media outlet, etc, they’ll accuse you of being the bad guy and “refuse to do business” For the record, I’m not the only one affected like this. Do your research and diligence. It’s not an “error” like they’ll claim. There’s no typo. These are facts. Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar
Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and bought from there while it was Massey Cadillac. Never received such poor service. Spoke to general manager, service manager, salesman we purchased from. Paid cash for all but 10 grand, and we get a car we can’t fully use, cause it’s sitting in service. Mr Massey stood behind his customers and his vehicles. These people are in the wrong business. Very unsatisfied, and their not even helping. Don’t buy from them! I would put zero stars but it won’t let me
