They take care of you

My experience with Lone Star Cadillac Collision department was excellent. They repaired my car in a professional and timely manner. They kept me updated daily, and delt directly with the insurance company. I had no worries. Blake Melanie and Larry are awesome.

Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar

Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and bought from there while it was Massey Cadillac. Never received such poor service. Spoke to general manager, service manager, salesman we purchased from. Paid cash for all but 10 grand, and we get a car we can’t fully use, cause it’s sitting in service. Mr Massey stood behind his customers and his vehicles. These people are in the wrong business. Very unsatisfied, and their not even helping. Don’t buy from them! I would put zero stars but it won’t let me

Best service

Cadillac service consultant Bradley is very knowledgeable and friendly. Cashier are very professional. The dealership is located on 635 and 5 minutes away from my office.

Great Service

Everything went well Heather was awesome and very helpful. Went above and beyond to get our issues completed. Would highly recommend this dealership. We will definitely be back again.

My car is always top priority when I take it in for service.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of every detail,I don't ever feel rushed .I'm always satisfied with the service given

CT5 from Longstar Cadillac

Bought my 2020 CT5 from them and take my car to be serviced by them also. They always provide nothing less than excellent customer service. I decided to wait for my car today abd was in and out less than 2 hours. Of course they washed it!! Great job!!

I have been a customer for many years. I have always been treated by this dealership. I have received excellent service with no complaints of any kind.
