I’ve recently purchased a 2017 Honda CR-V. I’ve looked on line for some time I found what I wanted. Went to Keenen upon entering senior sales Mitch greeted my wife and myself with welcoming vibes. I told him I would like to see the crv. He began telling me about key features without asking about them. Next thing I knew we were on a test drive. I wanted to purchase along with trading in my acura towards it. Each step of the way Mitch and Dave (the used car buyer) were very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything since I’m new to the car buying experience. They even stayed pass opening to get the deal done. The next day I went back at my appointed time signed and drove off. Couldn’t be happier with the Keenen group also Mitch for making it an enjoyable experience. I will be back when my wife needs her new car.

After scouring a few different states the 2020 Accord Hybrid that I wanted was found thanks to Evan Skoures diligent work! I had a positive experience with Keenan Honda even during a pandemic. The vehicle was delivered as promised and I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a Honda. In fact while I was waiting to pay for the vehicle Evan showed my wife some vehicles that she had questions about. He was very thorough and customer oriented. The only issue I had was having to wait too long to take care of the paperwork.

Everyone we dealt with from Mitch Lesack, Iggy DeScala and Steve Kern were so pleasant and friendly. Mitch was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and spent a lot of time going over all the features. Iggy was very patient and accommodating when it came to finding us the right price. Steve made the finance portion efficient and seamless. They all did their jobs with a smile, despite the current pandemic circumstances. Mitch, Iggy and Steve truly made the car buying experience as smooth as possible and for that we are greatly appreciative.

I had the best car buying experience to date. Everyone we dealt with, particularly Joe Danzo and Kyle Tatro were more than helpful! We had a few hiccups along the way and they did everything they could to smooth everything out and get me in the car I wanted with a payment better than I asked for! After totaling our 2012 CRV, went into Keenan Honda just to look at the 2020 model. Mitch immediately helped us. He showed all of the new features to us and explained them very thoroughly. We then took one out for a test drive. Before we even got on the road, Mitch went over many new safety features. He took his time to show us in great detail what the CRV was capable of. When we did get the car on the road, Mitch was very patient and made sure that we understood the car and how it performed. We liked it so much that when we got back to the dealership we immediately wanted a price for the CRV. We also picked out the color. At first it seemed as if they did not have the color we wanted in stock. But Mitch took another look. There was a CRV sitting in one of the garage bays all by its lonesome. It was exactly the model and color that we wanted. So we sat down and looked at the price. Although we really had no idea how much the new models were selling for, there was a promotion going on for another few days. So they took off $1200 for the promotion and another $600 to get the price to where we wanted to be. And that was that. We put a down payment and came back to pick the car up two days later. Mitch made it very easy to go through the purchasing process. The easiest I have ever experienced. Mitch even told me that I could take his 1966 Mustang out for a drive!.......Thanks Mitch!!!!!!!!!!
