After totaling our 2012 CRV, went into Keenan Honda just to look at the 2020 model. Mitch immediately helped us. He showed all of the new features to us and explained them very thoroughly. We then took one out for a test drive. Before we even got on the road, Mitch went over many new safety features. He took his time to show us in great detail what the CRV was capable of. When we did get the car on the road, Mitch was very patient and made sure that we understood the car and how it performed. We liked it so much that when we got back to the dealership we immediately wanted a price for the CRV. We also picked out the color. At first it seemed as if they did not have the color we wanted in stock. But Mitch took another look. There was a CRV sitting in one of the garage bays all by its lonesome. It was exactly the model and color that we wanted. So we sat down and looked at the price. Although we really had no idea how much the new models were selling for, there was a promotion going on for another few days. So they took off $1200 for the promotion and another $600 to get the price to where we wanted to be. And that was that. We put a down payment and came back to pick the car up two days later. Mitch made it very easy to go through the purchasing process. The easiest I have ever experienced. Mitch even told me that I could take his 1966 Mustang out for a drive!.......Thanks Mitch!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Keenan Honda, I also get my car serviced there. There was no doubt that I would be returning to Keenan for my recent car, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Keenan was fair with their pricing and did not pressure me into my purchase.

Bought a Crosstour from Keenan a few years ago with Joe as our salesman. The experience was such that we requested Joe again for this purchase. my new Ridgeline was delivered perfect and clean The sales man George Vdokakes was pleasant to deal with and knew everything about how to work all the new stuff on the truck, even called a day or two later to make everything was OK I DeScala in the front office was great also Would highly recommend the place

We came in to look at a used car and told George from the beginning we were looking else where. There wasn't any pressure, he let us drive with and without him and gave a personal touch that you don't see sometimes. We left and came back and again no pressure and very easy process. George was very respectful and exceeded my expectations. I am not a person who writes reviews but he earned 5 stars in every category. I have bought many cars and never felt so listened to or comfortable at a dealership. Even during Covid19 every detail was thought of and taken care of.

This is our 3rd Honda Odyssey from Keenan Honda. Has always been a pleasant experience for my husband and myself. Joe Danzo and Rob Thompson were easy to work with and made our buying experience a pleasure.

Just bought a 2020 Honda CR-V. I usually hate dealing with the sale people but this was a great experience. Wasn’t pushy , gave me everything I wanted and made me a deal I couldn’t say no to.
