Terrific Experience

Just leased a 2016 HRV and the transaction was flawless. Steve Kern put all the numbers together and accommodated our request for dealing with a trade in. Pat Regan answered all of our questions regarding the car and couldn't have been nicer! Great humor too. This is my third Honda from Keenan. I'll keep coming back

No pressure sale

Came in to checkout a Honda CRV and ask some questions about the car. I visited the dealership multiple times. Joe answers all my questions, we agreed on the price and we closed the deal. At no point did he pressure me to buy anything, he allowed me to make a decision on my own. Great experience, will do business again.

Everyone worked with me and understood my situation. Worked out every detail and explained how things would work. Answered all my question in full. Sales personnel was friendly and made me feel like family and not just another costumer. Over all very happy!

Joe was very personable and down to earth! He related to me and didn't make me feel pressured into making a purchase. Easy going sales experience, finance not so much

The dealership sales experience was low key, which I appreciated. Sales rep Joe Danzo was very easy to work with, no pressure, and respectful of my no-calls request. I would work with him again if I were in the market for another Honda. I was the first client for a new finance manager, and she was slowed down by not knowing the system. A pass on that. But it felt as if she was relentless in her attempt to get me to buy a warranty package long after I told her not to waste her breath - I left the dealership very angry with her.
