Faulkner Honda Doylestown

This was our second visit in 4 months. We bought a Honda Odyssey mini van in March and were so happy with experience, we decided to lease a Honda Civic for our daughter's first car. Our salesperson Tarra Bendof was awesome. Both deals were very fair, and delivery went very smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I walked in not thinking I would leave with a brand new car when mine was only 2 years old. Joe really laid out an easy, stress free experience which made me feel like I was talking to an old friend who happened to sell me a car. :)

My wife wanted a mini-van. We have always been a Honda family so I knew what model we wanted. I just called Keenan and spoke with Cindy. We arranged a time for me to come in and she was very helpful and patient as we brought our 4 year old son with us for the meeting. Cindy was extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. After an incredibly unpleasant experience at another dealership, we fled to Keenan to see if they could help. That's where we met Andy. Super professional and genuine, truly went above and beyond our expectations. Great tutorials on the cars, knowledgeable, pleasant, even compassionate (Ron says thanks for the pizza)....it was a great experience. Ron and I are tough critics when it comes to customer service, and we were beyond impressed. After going to that other dealer, things were looking bleak. But you guys made it happen. I've been searching for a new car for 5 months and when I went into Keenan Honda I was just looking for pricing on leasing a car. Bo and Iggy made my experience so amazing. We had a Honda Accord that we were interested in trading for a Honda Odyssey. Bo Birkhead and Mike Pupo were the employees that we worked with in sales as well as Jerry in finance. Our 2005 Honda CR-V SE was stolen and totaled. This had been a great running car for us..we kept it well maintained at Keenan Honda. So July 10th with insurance settlement we drive to Doylestown to Keenan Honda to buy an other CR-V only this time our experience was very different. We got to Keenan around 7:30. We test drove a used car hoping to put our money from ins on car and finance the rest. Mike our salesman told us that 'he deals in only hundreds and not thousands' he was not interested in negotiating a price..needless to say we got up and left. Not only did he loose a sale but Keenan lost the servicing. We went to Toyota across the street and bought a Honda CRV there..of all places. Anyway, because of Mikes attitude he lost a sale. We would have preferred to buy at Keenan because they have a great service dept. William and Priscilla Crawford Mike never properly introduce himself, so we don't know his last name
