Did you ever get one of those come-on letters, that says the dealer is looking for clean used cars, and wants you to consider trading up to a new one? Well I've received several, but decided to take my 2 year old CRV to Keenan Honda, and see how true to the letter they would be. Imagine my surprise, when they actually offered me a fair book value for my 2013 CRV, then quoted me a "friends and family" discount price on a 2015 CRV! Out of pocket cost to me was minimal. We moved up 2 years, and chose from a large assortment of new CRV's. My wife and I love the color, and picked the model and accessories exactly how we wanted it. The salesman, Eric Mumma, was a gentleman throughout, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will gladly recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone looking for a Honda.

Wanted to buy a used car but just came in to look. Left my '00 Mazda behind and left in an '08 Civic sedan in beautiful condition and a fair price. Your dealership was the first that I visited when I began my search and when I explained that to Joe, there was no unwarranted pressure. He did follow up the next week with a courtesy call and letter thanking me for my visit.
