F450 6.0 T engine repair
Please know that I was pleased with the attention and accuracy that Dennis Moore provided me regarding the recent repair of our vehicle. I am not at all pleased with Ford Motor Company at large with the fact that they produced and sold us a truck that has had numerous documentations of chronic engine problems. I am absolutely satisfied though with Ford of Ocala and specifically Dennis with the quality of the repair and the fact that he also pointed out some other items that we will need to address in the near future. Prompt and courteous service
I had my Ford Fusion serviced this past week. Even though they were very busy I was in and out in a reasonable time. I was in for a regular maintenance service. The waiting area is pleasant, nice and cool. Refreshments were available. The service advisor was friendly and professional.

auto butler service
I purchased the Auto Butler service along with my 2012 Ford Escape and so glad that I did. Ford has done an excellent job at keeping my car look excellent. Staff members are always friendly and courteous whenever I have my car serviced and I am in and out in no time. Very pleasant experience.

car wash not available
Service, the works, was performed well, as always. Asked if I wanted free car wash, I replied yes. After waiting from 7:30- 9:15 am, I asked why car was not ready, then was told that the car wash machine was broken down. I said that I would take the car without the car wash. They should have asked me if I wanted to wait while the car wash machine was repaired. A dis-appointment
