I walked into Baystate Ford to upgrade from a 2015 Ford Focus from a 2012 Ford Focus. Mr. Coffey greeted me right away and asked me what kind of a vehicle and color I was looking for. Within minutes he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very kind and patient and did not treat me like dollar signs like other places have. I am truly happy with my experience and will tell everyone about my awesome experience. Thank you Baystate Ford for being an awesome car retailer. I feel as though my car purchase was a dream because it went fantastic. In the matter of a few hours I drove off the lot in my new car and can't stop smiling.

Great Purchase Experience

The Best Dealership I Have Ever Dealt With
Yesterday on 5/20 I wan involved in a minor car accident with my 2006 Hyundai Elantra. I drove to the dealership to get my belts adjusted. I had filed a claim with the insurance company. It was the other drivers fault without a doubt.. Cut me off turning left. I had an appointment with the finance department trying to get credit to fix my car. The salesman and sales manager both saw my car and said that they could not let me drive out of the lot with my car. Not with a clear conscious. So they asked if I would be interested in a new car. The salesman asked what price range I wanted so after a bunch of paperwork and some negotiating they were able to meet me in the middle of my price range. The salesman proposed a red car and I said I did not like red so he said brb. The salesman asked me to come outside and check out this car.... a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. So to shorten the story after a few hours I was able to drive a brand new car off the lot and they even gave me a great credit for my beat up Hyundai. I was so happy. I was also touched at their concern for my safety, it was genuine. I have dealt with many car dealers in my time and this has been my best experience ever. Other dealers just want your money and to get a car off the lot. The team at Bay State Ford in Easton, MA really worked hard to put me at ease and turned a horrible day into one of the best of my life. They have found a forever customer in me.

great service
I didnt end up buying from them because I was in the market for a Jeep. But, the dealer I dealt with was a great guy who didnt try any of the car dealer tricks on me. Just gave me the facts and was straight up with me, his name is Mike Littlefield I highly reccomend him. His boss however came in when I was about to leave and tried some high pressure sales on me thinking it would work because Im young. I was honestly insulted he was sort of rude. Mike though great guy

Ford Fiesta
I somehow ended up at the wrong location of Baystate, Easton instead of Stoughton and the car that brought me there was not on their lot. I did, however, talk with a nice saleperson (Chris) and told him what I was looking for. I was out to assist my mom find a new car that was great on gas, in good condition, and easy for her to drive. I covered a few things with him before my mom arrived and he was quite helpful. The process was smooth and relaxed, no pressure or crazy tactics. My mom had brought her last car into them for service regularly and she has always been treated great...today the experience was no exception. Thank you !

good buying experience, verry happy with service
Helped my daughter buy her first car, a 2014 Fiesta. Mike L. was great and laid back. This was just a couple days before xmass. He and their Fin Dept made the transaction very smooth and treated her very well. We saw the car online, and went directly over and made the deal that night as they were closing. Almost immediately we noticed a transmission "slip" and doing further research discovered a manufacturer deficient seal causes this with many many customers complaints. Expecting push-back from Ford (and possibly the dealer) we immediately brought it in just Days later to see Mike L, who walked us back to Rob in Service. Rob immediately acknowledged the issue, printed out Fords acknowledgement of the issue and their 100k mi Transmission coverage due to the issue. The car went in a few days later to have new clutch plates and shaft seals installed (which is the full fix vs attempting cleaning etc...) VERY VERY satisfied with both Mike and especially ROB in service. They made sure her first experience with a dealer, and a new car was outstanding. "Fie Fie Fiesta" as she calls her car has been great and the mileage has gone up to 34/city driving!! Thanks guys.

Great service and follow up after deal.
Kevin Hagerty was my salesman, he was great even with my wife (who is a relentless marketing director and numbers genius) beating him up for two hours. He was able to get me a great deal, an awesome truck, and even walked me through all the options and features of the vehicle. He was not pushy like most and let me take my time making the right decision without hassling me. I recommend Bay State, definitely ask for Kevin. My new F150 Limited is awesome...

Excellent Service
My husband bought a used Jetta from Bay State Ford and we were both very pleased with the entire buying process, specifically because of our sales man, Mike Littlefield. Just picked up my son's '14 F-150 yesterday & much thanks to Chuck Jones (& others @ Baystate Ford) for an exceptionally smooth & non-stress experience! We have obtained our last 8 family vehicles online, negotiating with dealerships within 75 miles of our homes. Chuck & Baystate negotiated the best price for us on the exact truck we were looking for. Gave deposit over phone & drove off on a day & time that was convenient to us.
