This is an overall excellent dealer. I bought my Golf R here about 2+ years ago and have had it serviced since. My review includes the initial sales process, financing to servicing over the last 2+ years. I have had some issues with the vehicle that have been promptly addressed and resolved. I have nothing but good things to say about all the people. The sales person follows up every time I see him and I’m in the facility even though the sale was over 2 years ago. The sales manager and general manager know me by name and are easy to talk with. The service manager and representative are very accommodating. The technician who works on my car provides feedback and helpful suggestions. The finance manager greets me every time I see him. They are willing to go the extra step and will do so as long as it’s a reasonable request. It is very refreshing to have this in this day and age. On my part I respect their time and understand I’m not the only client so I don’t try to make their jobs any harder. Overall excellent.

Needed a scheduled maintenance check, but had to get to work. However, when the free shuttle I've taken many times before wasn't available, Matt called me a courtesy Lyft pickup to get me to work on time. That afternoon, Service called to let me know the work was done, and was in and out of the dealership within minutes. An unusually easy transaction in a time-challenged world. Thanks

I went to do the regular maintenance for my car. The service was fast and they found additional repairs that had to be done. They always leave it up to you if you want to do the additional service. Overall I had a good experience.

customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable and has the customer needs first . always tries to give the best pricing and specific information about what needs to be addressed and why.

Everyone that we worked with was courteous helpful friendly and prompt. This is the second time we have gone to this dealership for a car.
