My husband and I have a very simple, straightforward experience in purchasing our new Lexus. We had to wait for our vehicle to arrive via freight and Steve was great about making sure we were able to get the Lexus the day that it arrived! Overall a great experience.

Professional staff that treated us so well! Listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Clem had the patience of a saint! And they really stand behind their product! We received a great interest rate and warranty! They made the car buying experience pleasant! Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood has a great team! I almost felt like inviting them all over for dinner! :)

Michael Tsuji is an excellent Sales Consultant. I was impressed from the moment I met him. He is a great listener, patient, knowledgeable, excellent follow through, respectful and very thorough. I starting looking for a Lexus RX 450H since May 2016 at another Lexus Dealer closer to my home, but I did not receive the customer care service and follow up. I decided to go back to Stevinson Lexus where I purchased my 2006 Lexus 330 and that is where I met up with Michael Tsuji. I had recently gone through a divorce and had some issues and Michael was patient with me- understanding of my personal issues. I originally went to this dealership to test drive an IS250. The sales associate, Mr Steve Sumner, talked with me before the test drive to get a better feel for what I was wanting in a car. He surmised after our chat that the IS350 would be a better for me. This saved a lot of time for me with not having to deal with driving a car I wouldn't like. The IS 350 test drive was fantastic, he explained all about the car and it's capabilities before we drove off the lot. He allowed me to take it up the mountain, and talked me through all questions I had with ease. Back at the office he worked with me to get a fair price for my trade-in in about 10mins, and had the full deal wrapped up more efficiently than any other dealership I've dealt with before. I found Mr Sumner and this dealership to be a professional, friendly, and competent choice!! I would recommend this dealership for those who know what they want, and for those not sure of what they want as well, they will walk you through it all gracefully.

I had a very good experience buying an NX200t from their loaner fleet this past weekend. Clem Fitzsimmons was very helpful in finding the right car and Mike Keene was great in following up and helping me buy the car. Afterward, Jair Ayaquica gave a thorough, easy to understand orientation to the features of the car. Buying a car is not something I ever look forward to doing. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience this time.

My wife and I were replacing her 2015 Mercedes that was recently totaled in an accident. We went to numerous dealerships, including the local Mercedes dealership, and no one treated us as respectfully and professionally as Stevinson Lexus. They made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable.
