After experiencing such a horrid stent with Ford, coming to Lexus and getting the pleasure of dealing with Mike was such a relief. So friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't sugar coat or attempt to hide any information. Every gray area was explained in great detail and all my questions were answered! I searched the internet for a 2016 Honda Pilot and found a used one with about 7,200 miles listed at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood, CO. I requested on-line to view and test drive this vehicle. After a two week search on the internet for the car I wanted, I came upon Stevenson Lexus. To be honest, I would rather have a root canal than buy from a dealer, but they had the car I really wanted.
