Everything went as smooth as butter. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. The finance guy was even very knowledgeable on my 2008 Lexus. They were very patient and nice, made it feel like family rather than a big dealership that just wants to be paid.

Buying process was long and tedious in 2006. Just as we were ready to sign the all cash purchase agreement, we were told the car we chose from the lot was not available, with no explanation as to why.
