Erin was great!

Erin was great! She kept me informed on the repairs, got me a loaner for the day, and even noticed my birthday was approaching and asked if I wanted to cash in my free detail. Such a nice surprise!

Stevenson Lexus dealership customer service has

Stevenson Lexus dealership customer service has deteriorated significantly over the last 5/6 years. We brought our 2020 450h in for the 30k service. It should have taken 2 hours. Instead it was an all day process. The most frustrating aspect was an inability to communicate with our representative to get an ongoing status if the car throughout the day. The Cisco call system does not work effectively. John Luna did the best he could but the AI enhanced system that has been installed is a joke. Finally, with only 27k miles on the car, we were told our brakes,rotors had to be replaced. The previous 2012 450h we owned (our son has it now) has over 100k miles and still has the original brakes. The previous high standard of Lexus is falling. We are rethinking our future car purchases.

Excellent service from my service representative Kevin.

Excellent service from my service representative Kevin. He listened to me and addressed my concerns, particularly about how long my vehicle needed to be at the dealership. He was always pleasant and even gave my windshield a second wash because it had rained.

I went to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood to get a quote on new tires. Not only were they less expensive than Costco or Discount Tire, they took care of my needs immediately. Blake Horn was my Service Writer and exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process! I?ll continue to go back to Stevinson Lexus for all my service and new vehicle needs.
