We owned a Jeep (purchased from different dealership) and we took it to Papa's service department where we always had a posit5ive experience. So, when it came time to get a new vehicle, we wanted to look at Papa's. We recently purchased a new Dodge Durango from Papa's. The whole experience was fantastic and Noel Harken made the whole process stress-free.

I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Papa's after an...

I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Papa's after an exhaustive search for the right model with the features I wanted in my price range. Jeromy worked with me patiently during this process which started out with informative e-mails, leading to a nice test drive, then respectful negotiations and the final sale. I can say, without any reservations after 25 years of car buying, that this was one of the most pleasant, hassle-free experiences purchasing a new car. Jeromy answered all my questions in a professional manner, and seemed very knowledgable about the technical aspects of the vehicles. When he didn't have the information, he researched it for me without trying to "bluff". As an engineer, I appreciated getting the facts and figures I wanted without any high-pressure sales tactics. When closing the deal and calculating the financing, Jeff was also courteous and respectful, explaining the cost alternatives without any sales hype. I haven't dealt with their Service Dept. yet, so when I bring my new Patriot in for its first regularly scheduled maintenance, I will be able to add more commentary to this rating.

Frank is a true asset to your company! He recently sold me my new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and made sure that I was 100% satisfied! He personally delivered it to me a few days after the purchase. When it arrived it had been beautifully detailed and the gas tank was full! Great job Frank and thank you Papa's- I will highly recommend your company to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! Dan at Papa's Dodge was very helpful in my search for a new car. I came in with two cars that i was interested with and he showed me both of them and helped me make my decision. He kept in contact with me for any questions i had, and kept me up to date on the process. Once i had gotten the car he showed me all the features and helped me set everything up. His service was friendly and helpful. I highly recomend going to Dan at Papa's Dodge for anyone looking for a vehicle

I found a used car I was interested in on this...

I found a used car I was interested in on this dealership's website. I was able to make an appointment to test drive the car the same day, even though it was in the middle of a snowstorm. Ryan was extremely accomodating and pleasant. The purchase, including negotiations, was quick and easy. The entire process was handled professionally by Ryan. I would not hestitate to buy a car from him in the future.

I wouldn't buy a car or have it serviced anywhere else...once you buy a car from papas and experience their service and parts department you will be a customer for life...the papas way is the right way to do business in all departments.
