Always good, timely work.
I'm always advised of what needs to be done to my car, and given an estimate of the cost, before any work is done. Joe Allen is the best service rep that I have ever dealt with. His knowledge and advice is what makes me trust Wyoming Valley Motors to do my service wirk. My car is always fixed right the first time, and returned promptly.

Saturday appointments
Good service and timely feedback from the dealership, but when I made the appointment no one told me the shuttle doesn’t run on Saturdays. Had I known that, I’d have made arrangements so I didn’t need to wait for four hours.

Complete mistake
Haven't even owned the car a week and have had nothing but problems with it. Dealership has agreed to fix some of the issues but not others. Gary was great to work with it's just the car is junk.

Generally good
Service manager was friendly, helpful and prompt. The problem remains and I am not satisfied with the answer. It is a safety issue and should be addressed by the Kia corporation. My final word to the service manager was if I am in an accident because of the issue they will from a lawyer. As far as their personal conduct, they were respectful and nice to work with.

Good Service at a High Prices
$160 plus for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Way too much! Vehicle not even a year old with less than 5000 miles. Never had an issue here before. $8 misc. Fee. Labor? Come on already. I will most likely shop around for better pricing. Vehicle has extensive warranty. Work was performed satisfactory but price is way too high. Yes, I did buy the vehicle here and have some sense of loyalty but I don't want to go broke. Hey! This was the first time service.

Great first visit
Service center was very straightforward with repair costs and time estimate. When waiting for a part, they called with an updated schedule sooner than expected. Friendly team and rates were comparable for a dealer shop. Also honored a coupon from their website that I pulled up on my phone with no questions or hesitation. A+

dead Battery
Everything went very well! I had my car dropped off in the morning and was able to have it service and able to be picked up that same day! Which was ver convienent for me!

Leasing my 2 Kia sportage
Joe was very personable and worked very hard to give us a good deal. Love the car but don’t like how car dealers are removing CD players and not having a SiriusXM radio in car anymore.
