Inquired about a car and never got a response!

Inquired about a car and never got a response! No a text email or phone call. Was hesitant to give my information because most of the time they blow up you phone with calls but not 1.

Just a very shady business and I don’t recommend anyone

Just a very shady business and I don’t recommend anyone buy a car here horrible communication about everything don’t trust and don’t pay them a dime of your money until everything is complete! Don’t trust this dealership they will lie about everything to get your money and give you a run around!

This dealership sold me a GAP policy that didn't cover

This dealership sold me a GAP policy that didn't cover the vehicle I purchased from them. The car was totaled in July and I have been trying to get the claim paid since then. They've given me nothing but lies, false promises and the run around. It's been horrible and is still not resolved. BUYER BEWARE.

Please don’t go here to buy a car, they are frauds

The day I test drove the car I brought up it was pulling to right, and backup camera was not coming on and was promised it will all be fixed tomorrow by 2. When I came the next day and signed the paper work, they tried to sneak in extended warranty until I pointed it out that I didn’t approve this. Then they made me and my family wait for 4 hours, until 6:30 and kept lying saying car is fixed it just needs is to be cleaned. After countless times of them saying it will only be few more mins, we went to the back of dealership to see the car was not even being worked on. We were tired of waiting and were told to come back tomorrow with car and when we got in the problems were still there and it was not even cleaned inside nor washed outside. Nothing was done to it and to make it worse they handed me a key fob that was not original and didn’t have the key inside so I can get in, in case battery if car died. They also didn’t not even fill up the gas tank, and said first we have to leave a good review and then they will fill car with a full tank of gas. As I drove off the car alignment was also not fixed and I texted them right away. The very next day I got a check engine light and I texted them the picture and was told to come in that day, mind you I live an hour away and when I got there they made me sit and wait 4 more hours to tell me that they can’t fix the issues today, and that I would have to leave it for 2 more days. The next I brought it back and left it for 2 days, and got text saying it’s ready only to get there and neither was the camera fixed or the alignment, and the check engine light came back on once again after I drove off the lot. They reset the code, and filled 38 psi air on the bakc tires to try to fix the alignment problem. I talked to them once again, and the manager Reene said I would have to leave the car for 3 and a half more days. This is getting ridiculous I told him, I live an hour away and this would be the 4th time I am bringing the car back for the same issues, and they wouldn’t even give me a loner car, When I texted him on thr 4th day to pick the car, he said we need it for another few more days and that 3rd party shop has my car, which was a lie as one of the other coworker there told me car is in the back being worked on. When I asked what’s the name of this 3rd party shop, the manager said he does not know and he can’t find out either….. I asked why is a car with only an alignment and backup camera taking this long, he reply’s back rude and loud saying we don’t have to fix anything, you can come pick up the car as is and that’s that. Even tho I never should have let the parking lot with those problems, even tho they promised to fix these prombles, and on top it’s literally covered in their extending warranty they gave me. Renee really had the audacity to said if I can’t be patience with him, then I can pick up car, and he won’t fix. My car has spent more days there being worked on than in my possession. Makes no sense I’m paying for a car note and insurance and I’m not even driving the car. How am I supposed pay for a car if I can’t use it for work. They gave me the craziest run around, and started ignoring my phone calls until I called from a different number. They promised after this time if the problems comes back, they will write me a check to get it fixed at another shop, and surprise, surprise the same problems and he said I can take 150 and that’s all he will give me and said the cars not covered with their extended compliment warranty they gave me, which I have the paper work for. Stuck with a Lemon with check engine on, pulls to the right and backup and screen do not work . I dare anyone to comment saying otherwise, because not only do I have all the text messages I have exchanged, I have video recording of every conversation. so please try to lie about any of this so I can post the proof and expose you frauds.

All vehicles are salvaged title so be extra careful. Dealer would not honor the price of the vehicle as advertised on cars.com, autotrader, etc. it's completely unacceptable for the dealer to use such tactics to sell vehicles. we were already concerned with potential hidden issues with the vehicle, reading reviews and seeing that the dealer may be coercing people to leave 5 star reviews was also quite concerning. We shopped and bought elsewhere, remember you always have options.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!!! PLEASE Read this , before signing your life away. I purchased a vehicle , thinking I would be “set for life”. But sadly, that was a dream. 1. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and did not receive my tags/plates, until months later. This was after I continuously had to remind them about my plates.I even had to call the DMV , to understand what the hold up was. OF COURSE, the dealership failed to provide certain paperwork to the DMV. 2. Communication; The dealership will go to any extent to duck and dodge their customers. Yes. They will ignore your phone calls and send you in circles! “We will call you back”. That is their favorite line to say. As soon as you hear this phrase, just know you will never hear from them again! 3. DAMAGES: The vehicle I purchased came with so many damages. Like , how did this car even pass inspection. Yes, They sold me a car with issues. I will gladly list them out: -Back brakes, back rotors, and sensors: Cost me $750 to change -Front brakes, front rotors, and sensors: -The drive belt is cracked -Broken engine mounts -Front/lower/drivers control arm/bushing cracked -Front/upper Drivers Control arm/bushing cracked -Front shocks damaged -‘Rear shocks damaged -Axle is CRACKED YES I PURCHASED WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE.. And the warranty would not cover anything. SO WHY AM I EVEN PAYING FOR IT? The dealership is refusing to take accountability, own up to the issues or even call me back. They told me , “I am responsible for the damages”. MIND YOU , I purchased this vehicle March 31st, 2023. PS. underneath the car, it is completely rusted. That means , this car was either flooded or was either driven through snow. This was not disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Mind you, this car is supposedly from “Florida''. THE PEOPLE DESERVE THE TRUTH. Thank you.

Totally ignored upon arrival.

Totally ignored upon arrival. Car was filthy. Covered with dust, dirt and bird poop. Appeared to have been sitting on lot for weeks with no maintenance. Exhaust pipes were rusted. Interior smelled of mildew/mold. Car undrivable. Windshield so dirty. Could not see out to drive.

I could also have a regular conversation with them

Great friendly staff. Most importantly they did everything they could to get me in the vehicle. I was satisfied with the results. Very pleased with how quickly they got me in the vehicle.
