I went in for a recall on my brakes.

I went in for a recall on my brakes. It’s been over two months, never got a call back or anything regarding status.

The salesperson was excellent, we had a good experience

The salesperson was excellent, we had a good experience getting more information on the vehicle, and getting technical questions answered. The back end of the process was less pleasant, they were very aggressive trying to sell add-ons when we were pretty clear we didn’t want them. Still their pricing was competitive and they honored the price we had agreed on before we arrived. So a good experience purchasing the vehicle overall. Happy with the truck.

The young folks there in the customer service area are

The young folks there in the customer service area are not focused. I asked for a "ready call" never got one. It was Chick-fil-a day that for lunch when I checked. Too much distraction.

Took care of my car and took care of me needing transportation. I had recalls that another dealer didn’t seem to ever have any parts or time to service it for a long time.

Great Customer Service Department!

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!
