Walking into a dealership to purchase a new car can be an intimidating and daunting experience. Having the right salesperson makes buying a car a pleasant experience, and that salesperson is Amy Cooke at Battlefield Ford. Amy listened to what I wanted in a car, and because she knows the inventory, she was able to choose just the right cars for me to look at. She is enjoyable and professional to deal with, and knowledgeable about the cars she showed me. She took the time to show me the options with a no pressure attitude. Amy explained financing options and she made the purchase process smooth and easy. She has followed up with me a more than one occasion. Amy Cooke went above and beyond as a salesperson, and she made my new car purchase an exceptional experience.

Good custmer service form sales department
Bought a new 2017 ford F-150 form Amy Cooke and had a great experience they don't try to push anything on you explain things good and take the time to show you different options even if it is pouring down rain outside. overall good experience with the sales department hopefully the service department will be the same for future needs.

VERY IMPRESSED...Ask for Amy Cooke
Visited Ford's website for a year off and on "building" my dream Explorer Sport. On a whim I searched available inventory and found my exact vehicle at Battlefield. Amy Cooke responded to my email inquiry within an hour and helped me through the entire sales process. She was friendly, patient, knowledgable, and made the whole experience fun. I was dreading the car buying process, but Amy really made me feel like a valued customer! Honestly, if you're in the market for a new Ford call and ask for Amy Cooke - you won't be disappointed !!

On a whim, I requested a dealer quote on a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport while looking at Ford's Website. I hadn't been to a dealer to buy a car for myself and was DREADING the high-pressure "...what's it take to put you in a new car today..." experience. I received both an email response and a follow up phone call from Amy. She patiently and professionally answered all of my questions on the phone and set me up with a low-pressure and very educational test drive. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience and Amy couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. She is wonderful. This is the second Ford we've purchased from Battlefield and as long as Amy works there, she'll be our "go to" for new cars.

2017 Expedition
I bought an Expedition from Battlefield Ford in Manassas in March 2017. The salesperson helping me was Amy Cooke. Amy was great. She spent a good deal of time with me over the phone, the night prior to my visit to the dealership, to make sure I found the vehicle I wanted and that all my financing was in order. She worked with me long past normal business hours to get things done. The next day she had everything ready for me when I came to the dealership and everything went very smoothly. Amy has also followed up a few times since just to make sure we are happy with our new Expedition. Thanks Amy!!
