Scheduled a routine oil change and a brake fluid flush. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Moises, my Service Advisor got things moving along quickly. There was consistent communication during the service appointment. Was very happy when the new Service Center was opened on Davis Blvd. Much closer for me to travel. Will continue taking our BMW's to this location for sercice!

My experience in dealing with Germain BMW of Naples, FL was outstanding! David Walker-Hughs and Ira Kreindel were most helpful, and the Certified Pre-Owned BMW 430i I purchased was pristine in all regards, and was delivered to me in Venice, Florida. The car was fairly priced and I received a very good trade in price for my Lexus. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership in the future.
