Moises Marante is my service advisor for four years. I trust his word and understanding of my car. He has always been so great to know and trust my car to him.

I scheduled a standard first year service on my BMW 540i. The ease of making an appointment at the time and day I wanted was satisfying. The dealer offered a loaner car even though the service would be completed in 2 hours. My service agent Daniel Resendes was exceptional! He was very courteous and wanted to do whatever it took to please me. From offering me a beverage while the loaner car was being delivered to me, until he delivered my own car back to me. I was updated by text each time an inspection was performed. When the car was completed Daniel called me to let me know it was ready. Daniel said they would wash my car also. I have to tell you this dealership hand washed the car and my interior was also spotless. It was the best service I ever experienced. I have been an owner of Porches, Mercedes, and Lexus but this service was by far the best.

My Service Advisor, Geoff Kaleal is by far and away the best part of my experience at Germain.

John Bradley at Germaine BMW South provided professional friendly leadership in selling me my ‘23 BMW 430 I convertible. He located the vehicle I requested which exceeded my expectations and had been seeking for months. Low mileage and detailed to look brand new. I drove it home to Ohio and it performed like a dream. John took extra time to customize the many electronic features to my needs.
