The service provided by Geoff Kaleal was the best service

The service provided by Geoff Kaleal was the best service I halved. Geoff was always explained to me about the service needed, when and why. The cost was always fair. He always keep me up about when the service when the work is doing and when it would completed. He treated me like a good friend. He knows that I'll be happy that my car was very serviced. I'm 80 years old and I had several cars over the years. But I liked the BMW the best, and the service by Geoff Kaleal was the best also.

Moises Marante is very professional with an added

Moises Marante is very professional with an added personal touch. I have been getting my cars serviced at BMW and he always explains to to what is needed and why. Excellent customer service.

Geoffrey Kaleal Has been our service administrator for 2

Geoffrey Kaleal Has been our service administrator for 2 1/2 years we continue to go to Na Naples to Geoff even though we live in Ft. Meyers because he gives excellent service. We have always had him get us in pretty quickly. If a car is available he will provide it to us he’s thorough and he fights our Warranty Company to get the services covered, which was not always easy. I’ve never had to take it right back to the same service. I really appreciate him. I Would have to leave the area and go far away not to return to Geoff because he’s that good. I recommend him highly.

Daniel Resendes our Service Advisor was very

Daniel Resendes our Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He estimated 1 1/2 hours to service our car. I left the dealership exactly 1 1/2 hours later. We will call him for all maintenance issues/concerns on our BMW X3 from this point on.

Moises Marante has helped me with maintenance service

Moises Marante has helped me with maintenance service since I purchased my car in 2022. He’s professional, friendly and an excellent communicator about what will transpire during service call and time it will take to complete.
