Performed my warranty repair quickly
The reverse camera on my Mazda3 started intermittently displaying low quality video. I normally do my own maintenance work but since this was a warranty issue I had to bring it in. Thankfully they quickly diagnosed the issue on the first visit; they ordered the part and installed it for me about a week later. The install took a little over 2 hours which I greatly appreciated - I don't think anyone particularly enjoys sitting around waiting for car repairs. I bought this car new from Courtesy Mazda and didn't have a great experience with the sales team that they had at the time; but in the two years since, my experience with the service department there has been professional and, as the name would suggest, courteous. Also, if you do find yourself waiting for service on your vehicle, you can bike all the way into Longmont in under 30 minutes via the St Vrain Greenway, which can be accessed nearby at the end of Sandstone Drive.

Fast and courteous. We had a slight cut in the drivers front and rear side inside wheels and the service department found and replaced the necessary tires as well as the sound and dirt guard.

I drive a 2019 Mazda CX-5. I had to bring it to Courtesy Mazda service department for an oil change and a couple minor issues that I needed checked. The service advisor, Min, was welcoming and very informative about what they would be doing with my car. The service was prompt, and all my issues and questions were addressed, and my car was ready to hit the road again. Very pleasant experience!! Thank you!!
