Thank you, Courtesy Mazda! In particular Aspen and Kevin were absolutely wonderful to work with. I was in the market for an SUV and had decided to give Mazda a shot after hearing good reviews from friends and family. I cannot speak highly enough of both the CX-5 and the sales/finance team at Courtesy. After visiting many dealerships over a number of days this was by far the most comfortable and straightforward interaction I had. From the test drive to the final signature I was treated with respect and courtesy (no pun intended). It is a difficult time to be in the market for a new car (Covid-19) but I truly felt that they understood and did everything they could to make me comfortable as a buyer. I absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5 turbo!!!

Service manager, Min was awesome! You know when you go to those dealerships and you dread talking to them? This was definitely not the case! He was so kind and professional and pricing was very fair, unlike many other dealers. Thank you for taking care for me!

Great service all around. Arthur is a great salesman. I wasn't sure about which vehicle i wanted to purchase. Arthur had no issues dealing with my needs. I even had a model pulled out of the showroom so that i could test drive it. I had a really good shopping and sales experience. I will recomend this Mazda dealership to anyone in need of a new vehicle. Thanks again Arthur and Courtesy Mazda.

Service was very good and on time, but NO MASKS NO MASKS NO MASKS!!! We sat outside and waited. No the state mandate is they must wear them as of today so I hope you all comply!

I went in for a clear bra, paint and interior coating....

I went in for a clear bra, paint and interior coating. The hood bra didn't stick. Wax left all over seams. I had items left in trunk that went missing. Still have not found out what happened with those items. Need to find time to return to get the hood bra re done.
