Charles Jackson was a breath of fresh air when buying my car. I had already been to three other dealerships and the people really come off as snakes. Charles made me feel comfortable in my purchase and was truly honest in our dealings. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to feel like the salesmen is working with you to get the best deal.

We couldn't have had a better experience buying a car. Both the salesman and the finance guy were very courteous and respectful. We felt no pressure what so ever. We got what we feel was a very good price, and are very happy with the car be purchased.

Fantastic I never like shopping for cars but in this case I wasn't. Went in for an oil change as we looked inside at the cars we were not attacked by tons of salespeople. We were able to look outside and there was the car I had looked for and designed on the internet. I asked for the name I had seen on the internet and easily accessed George and Roland who answered all our questions. It was a painless process. I would recommend both of these salespeople they are knowledgable and calmly without hassle take care of business.

I went into Hub Hyundai West on new years eve. The Sales Agent Roland was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and found out the answers to the ones he was unsure of.... We were in and out with a purchase of a brand new car in 3 hours total. Most of the time at Hub Hyundai West I was making a decision on what color car I wanted to purchase.

This was the best experience my wife and I ever had ordering a new car. Rolando Tudela is an excellent sales person whom respected our wishes and delivered a beautiful flawless Hyundai just the way we wanted it!!! Awesome Perfection!
