I went in to purchase a new vehicle and never expected walking out with a brand new car. I walked in thinking I was probably going to be pushed over and forced into the usual trap of purchasing a car with all these hidden fees associated probably would be left in the loop. But I was in and out of there in a matter of a few hours with a new vehicle. I was helped by Roland and he was very professional and to the point about the vehicle. He got me the discounts and purchased the vehicle in a reasonable price. Got my paperwork in and was out there as a very satisfied customer. In addition to purchasing the vehicle he was always prompt in answering any questions I had and I never had to wait when calling him. If I ever have to purchase another hyundai I would definitely come back to this dealership :)

I found EXACTLY the car I wanted at the price I wanted I contacted the dealership and offered to buy it. My credit union was going to handle the money transfer and I had arranged fro transport from Texas to Indiana. They REFUSED to discuss without me being IN FRONT of them,,, that is 800 miles... I asked them to have the car cleaned all books etc in it and it would be picked up, never haggled with price... they refused my business. My husband sold cars for over 30 years and never refused a sale as long as they had money to pay.. and on top of that they sent me an email telling me it was sold 4 days later , but they HAD others... really....

Great experience
Made my car buying transaction as easy as can be! Saw a great price listed on their website, called and spoke to the internet sales, and they were straightforward, exactly what I am looking for in a car dealership. I don't have the time or energy to play the run-around game. I came in the next day, took the car for a spin, and 1.5 hours later, drove off with my new car at a highly competitive price. Roland was very helpful, and had a great attitude! In addition, it was very nice to see how enthusiastic they were about their Thanksgiving food drive. I happened to have some canned foods in the car I was trading in, and they were happy to take it, and even snapped a photo of me for their Facebook! Good times all around, and a relatively painless experience, as far as car buying goes!

I walked into the dealership looking to leave with a car, but I left with SO much more. James & Kimbrough took care of me completely. Some salesmen tend to take advantage of women whe they come to purchase a vehicle. I felt totally at ease with these guys. They were professional, attentive and worked some serious magic to allow me to leave the lot with a brand new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. They've earned a customer for life.

Really Nice Car Buying Experience
I recently went to Hub Hyundai to look at a Genesis and a Sonata. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rolando Tudela. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Also very professional yet made me feel like I was family and he wanted me to get the best deal possible. After driving the Genesis, I knew thats what I wanted, so we worked out the numbers that evening. I came back the next morning to finalize everything. The car was ready and those items that were missing, were in place and it was actually a very nice car buying experience. Thank you again!

Great car... but...
Well this was a 50/50 experience for me with the bad side being so bad that it kind of overshadow the good ones. I mean the car was and still great... but them knowing that I had to drive the car for about 2-3 hours once I was out of there, and the break pads on the front being all under 2mm were an accident waiting to happen. Since the test drive only involved a stretch of highway well paved I also didn't noticed that the right front shock was gone... Instantly apparent once I got out of the highway. I mean the sales guy was great. Process was quick and trouble free. Had to do a full check up at an actual Nissan dealer to get several things taken care of it. I mean withing a single week I had spent over one grand on repairs that should have been taken care of it before I left the lot... but since they were things you wont find out until driving for a few they didn't even mentioned at the sale. And man... once you got your car this people will treat you like the worst xxxx of the earth... Hey we got your money so yeah don't bother us anymore... is the attitude I have gotten when attempting to resolve issues like my license plates. Get a call "hey license plates in mailing them to you today" three shipping days later nothing... call in to ask about it and the guy calls me a liar saying i never got the call and that the plates never come in... I guess i need to go check myself in a mental hospital. Anyways... clearly other people are having better experiences with this dealer... but personally if wasn't for me loving the car after all the repairs I would be seething hate and anger at this point.

they have fixed every little detail that i noticed about my 2013 hyundai genesis coupe 3.8 track. very nice people and id rather drive the extra 15 minutes to this hyundai, then go to the sucky one closer to my house, off of katy freeway.
