Tim did an outstanding job of finding my truck. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

I had appointment at 12 and no one showed up and came until I walked out to the door then manager called ask for come back as soon as I left at 12:40. Been there for 40min for nothing and seems like dont even want to make a deal with customer, sales person told me he will throw rivever license plate with no extra charge but at the end they charged over $2k for it. I just purchased it since I need a car but don’t recommend.

Warning to not take your vehicle here they employ incompetent people at aaron ford of Poway, the second time we brought my wife's mustang in for an oil change they dropped the car off the lift and damaged it they then had it "repaired" by someone that looked like they had the paint matching skills of someone that hangs out at a carwash and asks if you need your car painted I would say it looked like it was fixed in Tijuana but that would be a insult to the hard working unlicensed very talented people from tj! I've seen great work done down south and this was far from the "quality work" you'd expect from this big company, the second time we brought her car in for a service bulletin on the back up camera when we went to pick up the car they told us our camera was burnt and we'd need to pay for a new one $1275 when it was working before I told the service manager isn't it safe to say you guys burnt it when you were wrapping electrical tape around the wires and shorted it? they are liars here and don't get me started on the dishonesty they show when buying a car with them please do not buy a car here save yourself the frustration of being scammed if they could take your elderly grandma's last dollar they will here at Aaron Ford of Poway
