If you want rude sales people...

Talked to the sales manager "Idan" this evening. He was argumentative, rude, and refused to let me speak with his general manager. Even though my first car buying experience at Rally was good, they have lost my future business. Spoke with the sales team at another local Kia dealership and they are more than happy to help me buy a car for a lot less and were very pleasant and helpful. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest you go somewhere else!

2016 Kia Optima

Mr Robert Cunningham was our guiding light. We started with a little conversation & I drove out in a brand new, sterling silver 2016 Optima Pleased with the whole process. Everyone remained professional. I got a great deal. Summer's on us event is real. Plus, because we commute, extended our 100k mile warranty to 125k miles. Can't beat that! Thanks again Ralley Kia.

Kia Optima Salesman Lloyd
